How to use Bizvick Business Manager

Bizvick Business Manager give you two great alteratives to track your stock.

Option 1: Using normal barcode during stocking and checkout.

Option 2: Using stock id - As you register stock, a stock id, also known as a batch code, is generated for the given batch. This is a better than using the universal barcode as it can be accurately used to track stock as you can seperate similar stock with different expiry dates or similar stock with different buying prices and thus giving you an accurate picture of exactly what you have in stock.

Using Bizvick Business Manager is as simple as:

  1. Create an account as the business owner - Fill in your details (Name, Email, Phone, Business Name, ... basics)
  2. (Optional) You can also add accounts for a cashier and/or manager using the Manager Dashboard
  3. Register products you are selling
  4. For each registered product, register stock details (how much you have in stock, expiry dates, etc.)
  5. If you wanna use stock id (batch id), print stickers of the stock id of the product and stick them on the product, or alternatively write the stock id on the products themselves for use during checkout.
  6. Use registered barcodes during checkouts, or alternatively and preferably use the stock id of the product during checkout
  7. Check statistics when you desire to
  8. (Optional) Use the Sync tab to sync your data whenever you need to.
